We are a family owned and operated business. Branko Bozic, European Master Chef & Conditor (pastry chef) was raised and schooled in Heidelberg, Germany. Attaining one of the highest European credentials as a chef, Branko received his Meisterbrief (master title) and then later moved to the United States to start a business together with his wife Lyn.
Branko and Lyn, a well-known culinary team in the Pocono Mountains, returned to the business together to open the Patisserie late in 2005. They enjoy being part of the community, offering their talents to guests from all over the region and world.
